Sometimes when I am coaching my clients we can seem to hit a wall. When this happens I am always frank with them. Sometimes this leads to positive movement as was the case yesterday on one of my calls. The client was having difficulty moving forward and last week I made a few stern suggestions. On this weeks call he revealed some personal information that explained a lot and I could hear in his voice a renewed energy and commitment. I don’t advertise this, however, overcoming personal issues can often be a bi-product of the business coaching. It’s always best when my clients are open and transparent.
GARY MITCHELL ~ Business Coach
Over time little drops of water accumulate and form a puddle; growing into a stream, flowing into a river and eventually creating a lake, rushing into the ocean. And that’s exactly how growing your practice or firm works. New habits take time, and with repetition create lasting and impactful results. It all starts with that first drop; or in your case, first step.
