Gary Mitchell is a Law Firm Architect & Business Coach, Author, & Speaker, and the founder of OnTrac® Coach. With over 30 years in business and more than two decades of working with lawyers and law firm owners, he is known for his practical, results-driven approach to the business of law.
Gary works closely with firm owners and partners to strengthen key areas, including business development, leadership, marketing, operations, and strategic planning—helping them build firms that are both profitable and sustainable. His focus is on creating clarity, structure, and long-term growth without unnecessary complexity.
He is the author of The AND Approach – How to Grow a Law Firm AND Gain More Freedom, with his latest book set for release in June 2026.

Art Berezovski is the architect behind OnTrac® Coach’s AI-driven growth infrastructure — the systems that transform Gary Mitchell’s methodology into a scalable, operational machine. In his role as Chief AI Officer, Art designs and operates the full stack: content pipelines, automated outreach, landing pages, funnel systems, and program delivery workflows. Work that would require a team of five to eight specialists in a conventional agency model runs here as a single, compounding system.
Art has spent the past several years deploying AI operating systems for professional services firms across North America — legal, financial, and advisory practices — with a consistent focus: building owner-operated infrastructure that scales without adding headcount. His operating principle is straightforward. The right systems compound over time, freeing the principal to do the work that only the principal can do.
He joined OnTrac® Coach because that principle sits at the exact center of everything Gary teaches. Building the operational proof of the AND Approach — the living demonstration that structure, not effort or volume, determines long-term results — is the most interesting challenge and solution he has worked on.
