Gary Mitchell is the Founder and Principal Business Coach at On Trac Coach. Since 2005, he has been helping lawyers and accountants attract more clients and generate more work. In fact, Gary was one of the first lawyer coaches in the Vancouver market. He is the author of “Raindance: The Business Development Guidebook for Lawyers”, published by Carswell in 2012. He is frequently called upon to speak at legal and accounting conferences. Gary writes a monthly column on marketing and business development for The Lawyers Weekly.
Gary has been a professional service provider and entrepreneur for over 20 years, His background includes marketing and communications. As a candidate for Parliament and later Campaign Manager for several candidates, his political experience has given Gary insightful wisdom and knowledge on how to navigate internal relationships and office politics.
As a coach, Gary has worked with practitioners from their first year in practice to 30-year veterans. His clients come from all across Canada. They include solo-practitioners, and associates and partners from small, medium and large national firms. With every new client experience, the value of what he can offer you increases
