Experience
Anne is a Business Coach certified in the On Trac Business Coaching method. She brings a wealth of legal marketing and consulting experience to her role with us. A veteran legal marketer, Anne has served as the Director of Marketing for a large regional firm, as well as a Calgary-based international firm.
Prior to her legal marketing experience, Anne worked for an Air Canada subsidiary in advertising and promotions and for BC Rail in sales and marketing. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria and an MBA from the University of Calgary.
Getting results
Anne is results-driven. In her previous role as Director of Marketing for two law firms in Calgary, Anne was responsible for building strategic initiatives while maintaining fiscal responsibility. She has demonstrated the ability to build relationships, provide analysis and coach client teams. Anne provides practical advice and understands the challenges of a law practice. She has had success working with lawyers and client teams in their business development efforts as part of firm management and as a consultant.
Knowing your clients
After having her second child, Anne returned on contract with one of her previous firms to perform client interviews with the firm’s top clients. She gained valuable insights into what individual clients needed as well as what some of the recurring patterns were. She helped to implement over twenty initiatives which resulted in substantive business for various client teams. Anne has proven that she is able to work across practice areas and with various levels within a law firm from Associate-level to Chair. She will help you better understand your current clients and how to attract more.

In 2007, Anne was published in Canadian Lawyer magazine for an article relating to the measurement of return on investment.
